How to Order
Ordering is easy at ZipZebra.com. Just follow the
steps below.

- Placing Your First Order
Welcome to ZipZebra.com. To place your first order, complete
our quick and easy registration process. Click the "Register Now" icon
at the bottom left of the screen, and create a Member Profile.
- Finding Items
After registering, browse or search for the items you would like to
order. You can search by part number if you have ordered from ZipZebra.com
before. You can also use the advanced search feature on the home page, or
you can click the search tab from any location in the site.
- Adding Items to Your Shopping
Cart
When you locate an item you want to order, enter
the case quantity and click the "Add to Shopping Cart"
button on the right side of the page. You can continue
shopping until your cart contains all of the items you want
to order. Access the contents of your Shopping Cart
at any time by clicking the View Cart link at the top of any page,
and then select Continue Shopping to choose additional items to purchase.
- Proceeding to Checkout
Take a moment to review
all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that
you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Remove"
checkbox next to the product description, and click "Update Cart". The item
will be removed from your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order
for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button
to begin the checkout process.
- Choosing a Bill to/Ship to Address
Complete this form to tell us where you would like us to bill and
ship your order. When you finish, click the "Save" button.
- Selecting a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order. Based on
your requirements, choose a shipping method. Please note that for same day shipping
orders must be placed before 1PM CST. Most standard
Zip Ship Supplies are shipped within 24 hours depending on availability.
- Selecting Payment Type
Next you will choose how you would like to pay for you order. After
you choose your payment type, you will be asked for
your credit card number; this is also where you will enter
any promotional or coupon codes, and your tax exempt number.
- Reviewing and Submitting Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided, and make any
necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Submit Order" button.
You will receive an e-mail message confirming your order. We will also send
you another e-mail message when your order is shipped.
- Tracking Your Order
If you would like to review or change something about your order before it
enters the shipping process, click the "My Profile" tab at the top of any
page. From your profile, you can click "My Orders" to review any current or
past orders.
